CODE OF CONDUCT
- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR CODE OF CONDUCT
- By taking part in Accelerate Futsal programs you acknowledge and agree to this code of conduct, comprising the following rules and conditions:
- We adhere to the Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) policy, code of conduct, procedures and reporting of incidents and Health and Safety standards.
- Your child is required to wear shin pads, football socks, and soccer boots to all programs. Futsal shoes or indoor joggers/trainers (preferably with clear/white soles) are also required should it be necessary to attend classes at an indoor facility. While it is preferred, children enrolled in Accelerate Futsal programs are not required to purchase an Accelerate Futsal uniform.
- All participants must adhere to not wearing any jewellery or electronic devices on their person when participating in a program.
- All parents, guardians and children must stop any activity and listen carefully when the instructor is giving instructions. All parent/s, guardian/s and children will respect and co-operate with all instructor’s decisions. Accelerate Futsal and their staff reserves the right to ask people to leave the premises should failure to comply with any staff instruction occur
- All participants will respect and not willfully or neglectfully damage the equipment used by Accelerate Futsal. For safety reasons, parents/guardians and children must keep away from any equipment that is not being used for the particular activity in progress.
- Video footage is not permitted by others attending Accelerate Futsal. Photographs may be taken by those registered in our programs and are for personal use only. Accelerate Futsal staff may use video footage or photographs for advertising on their web page and for other business activities at any time.
- No food or drinks (with the exception of water) are to be taken or consumed in the venues or brought onto the court or field where the program is running.
- Parents/guardians are to have fluids (preferably water) readily available to give to their children should they require it.
- Accelerate Futsal is free to use any testimonial made by its participants, parents or guardians.
- Accelerate Futsal reserves the right to refuse admission to any person for any session for any reason. If requested by Accelerate Futsal staff for whatever reason, parents/guardians and any children in their care must leave the session immediately. Additionally, Accelerate Futsal reserves the right to cancel or deny registration to any person for any reason.
- All parents, guardians and children will respect others in the class regardless of gender, culture, religion or ability.
- Accelerate Futsal reserves the right to cancel a session if it is deemed unsafe to continue at any time or move its programs to another venue/s as required.
- Always assume Accelerate Futsal programs are on no matter the weather with the exception of the following: Temperatures exceeding 35 degrees, thunder and lightning, heavy rain that leaves too much surface water to train.
- Any participant and/or parent or carer who is unwell is strongly encouraged not to attend the program to help avoid sharing illness with others.
In completing your childs registration and enrolling in one of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to this Code of Conduct.
