2020 TOP 12 EXPERIENCE BARCELONA, SPAIN
In February 2020, Our Accelerate Football Director Grant Davoren was invited to partake in a Coach Education program in delivered by IOX Futsal, United Futsal and FC Barcelona Futsal. Grant was able to meet both top Brazilian side SD Corinthians and Spanish side FC Barcelona. The opportunity to witness SD Corinthians preseason training and trial match with FC Barcelona at the Nou Palau Blaugrana was a huge highlight of the tour. In addition, Grant took part in an 4-day extensive coach education program lead by elite Spanish Futsal coaches and ended in a two day Top 12 Futsal Tournament held in the coastal town of Blanes, Spain.
